Permanent activity areas
A film about the PSA Peugeot Citroën factory in Mulhouse gives a glimpse of the expertise of this great French car parts manufacturer. Two real, functioning industrial robots show how cars are made today, and the 10 millionth Peugeot produced is on display.
The Cité de l’Automobile also has interactive features: have your photo taken behind the wheel of a Talbot, start up an engine with a crank or experience a barrel roll in a specially-made car.
The children’s area, for ages 4 to 10, offers fun and relaxation with a go-kart track, fully equipped motorcar repair workshops with over 50 tools so kids can play at being a mechanic, and drawing tables where they can design their dream car.
The electric train tour: this little train travels around the museum, giving families a first-class view of the collection.
