Exhibition « Bernd Luz »

Bernd Luz is a quirky German designer.  He loved painting right from a young age and created comic strips and cartoons.  As an extravagant, passionate and creative person, he started his own publicity agency and is now also working in cinematography.

He now expresses his love of art by going back to an artistic movement from the fifties which was a turning point in the artistic world: Pop Art.  

Bernd Luz draws his inspiration from this movement to present cars in a different way.  He uses bright, deliberately unrealistic colours.  It is a way of demystifying cars, and in particular, collector cars which are generally considered as luxury objects.
